Since I'm still under 34, they've done a good job.

Eh, I prefer Gabe and Punk's commentary over anyone else's ever in the company. There's just something about Prazak that bugs the hell out of me. I really think he ought to turn heel. The biz as a whole is lacking heel commentators anyway (there's not ONE heel commentator in WWE, TNA, and ROH), and I think ROH could benefit with Prazak as a heel. Besides, I can tolerate his commentating much more in FIP than I can in ROH. But I do respect him. I know he truly has a passion for pro wrestling as you mentioned, and I know he works his ass off for his commentating and running Shimmer.
But you brought up Aries too, that's another guy in need of a change. After the AOTF stuff cools down, him and Lacey need to turn heel badly. Lacey is by far the best heel interview in the business (for a women, anyway), and I've gotten so sick of Aries' shit. The only stuff I've dug from him since his tag run with Strong, were his matches with Dragon, which are always incredible. But it's time for a change. I really think him and Lacey would make a great heel couple. It's the only way I can see him having another entertaining title run, if it were to come.
Anyway, Raw comes on tonight.... ugh. It's time for Cena to get the fucking belt back. HHH as champ is just unbearable. And I know this Mickie James crap is just a way for Trips to turn heel again. Trips will attack Mickie, go heel, and the relationship between Mickie and Cena will never be brought up again once she returns from her injury. WWE usually looks for the laziest ways to do something, and then tries their hardest to make sure we forget it all happened a few months down the line. Hopefully though, I end up being wrong, and Cena is the one to turn heel from this storyline, but I doubt it. But man, it would be cool to see Cena play Mickie for a fool. You know, use her for sex and then just kind of dog her for a while. She keeps trying to get his attention until he finally lets her know that he was using her. He plays up the fact that he can basically sleep with any bitch he wants, and that she means nothing to him. I really think that's the only legitimate way to turn him heel and have the girls and kids turn on him. Sure, some of us guys would dig the shit out of it, but with girls and kids and the majority of "smart" fans all hating him… I just don't see how that could go wrong.

My wife usually rolls her eyes when it comes to wrestling. I'm questioning her motives here...
The last TNA show I went to was the first PPV ever in Huntsville. Coincidentally I was in Alabama for a business trip and went up to see it thanks to Jerry Lynn. And the last time I was in Orlando, I caught a FIP show with most of the ROH roster on it. I went because I know Dave Prazak and Austin Aries from working midwest indies.
That reminds me...I owe Prazak $10 bucks because he made a bet with me 9 years ago that I'd never get back into the biz...hope he doesn't read this

Hey if you get this before going to it tonight here is the X-Cup participants:
Team Mexico: Volador Jr., Ultimo Guerrero, Rey Bucanero and Averno.
Team U.S.: Curry Man, Kaz, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley
Team Japan: Naruki Doi and Masato Yoshino from Dragon Gate and Milano Collection A.T. and Taichi Ishikar from New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Team International: Alex Koslov (CMLL), Shawn Daivari (former WWE superstar), Tyson Dux (Cananda), and Doug Willams from the U.K.
The torunament will take place today, tomorrow, next Monday, and next Tuesday.
I can vouch for Curry Man, Kaz, Shelley, Sabin, Naruki Doi, Masato Yoshino, Milano Collection A.T., Davari, Tyson Dux, and Doug Williams all be very good in the ring. If I were you, I would for sure go just to see the greatness that is Doi/Yoshino. Who knows, maybe they'll team up against Shelley and Sabin.

They're admitting Curry Man isn't Japanese?

Don't you mean Indian?
But yeah, I wanna see how they explain that. This is the one time I actually WANT to watch TNA. The X cup is usually decent, and this year it has some great talent.

Nice to see Doug Williams on the show. He's been pretty much NOAH-based when he hasn't been wrestling in the UK. He also works as the European liaison for NOAH.

Angelica Mercado Cruz, aka Destiny, has been arrested in San Juan on prostitution charges. She worked for WWC in Puerto Rico. Guess the paydays weren't too hot...
