He's sort of right. While they have had submission victories for years, they didn't call it "tapping out," till the late 90's.

Benjamin was supposed to win the ECW title after he arrived there. For some reason which I do not know the plan was changed to Chavo.

I think I remember reading the plan was to build him back up 1st, with Chavo being sort of a transitional guy.

what is the plan for Punk then? theres not anyone he could have a good feud with.. unless they put him in an ECW/SD feud. and even then, who? the only person that would make sense is jamie noble.
