You know, WWE could've gotten so much more out of the Flair retirement angle. They should've started it last year and used it to put someone over as a big time heel.

Haha, thats because it probably was but its would be about 100x worse if it was recent, but that said they're still my favourite Tag Team so i'll stick by them, although I was never a fan of Rikishi.

The build up for it was shit, the only reason it was good was cuz, Shawn Micheals worked his ass off in the match.

Maybe and although I agree to an extent that the retirement angle had much more potential as a good long-run storyline, I think that it might have gotten stale a few months before Wrestlemania had it started earlier. I don't see creative being able to sustain the angle for that long and to still expect the fans to maintain interest in it. It could have made Flair's eventual retirement at Mania less special and that final match, paired with his HOF induction and RAW tribute, were some of the best moments in WWE's history.
