Lol what?? I have two houses (combined value $800k+) and had a couple hundred thousand earlier this year before I got jack. I tied up almost every dollar I have, except an emergency fund that I have in a money market account. I borrowed money because the loan interest rates are lower than the interest I'm earning on my money, and with the interest rate cut approved by the House, they are going lower each year. Sounds like you don't know what the fuck you are talking about. What a disgrace.

Nope. Aside from the classes I'm in right now, I think about 9 credit hours out of like 220+ I've earned was by distance learning.

Lol. Like I said, I was doing just fine financially before I inherited a dime. I had an education, experience, and a skill that could make good money, as did my wife. My assets were hovering right around 1 million. I only inherited a few hundred thousand. It didn't change me. I'm not living off of it. Heck, I get enough in interest to live comfortably, probably more than almost every single poster on this board even makes. I just started a new company, and I am going to keep working and doing as much as I feel an interest to do. I want to get into international trade and open a school, maybe a non profit organization for the poor kids. You are welcome to attend.
