How many people in the arena is not relevant. How many people purchase the PPV is. And there's a good chance UFC could break all their PPV records with 100.

Shockwave 2002 and shockwave 2005 and several other pride events were bigger. Yoshida vs Ogawa and ken kenko vs crazy horse each had a rating share of about 30 also

Yeah its definitely not the biggest. Maybe the most important UFC PPV because its the 100 show, but definetely not the biggest

Mir vs. Lesnar as a main event makes it impossible to be the biggest MMA event in History. It won't get the most buys, it doesn't have the most top talent, and it doesn't have the most epic fights.
GSP, Hendo, and Alves are all great fighters but, none of the fights are huge fights.
