Why doesn't Zuffa like Jason "Mayhem" Miller?
I have heard that someone in Zuffa has a grudge against Mayhem, and that's why he never sticks around in Zuffa promotions (one fight in UFC, got cut from contract after Zuffa bought WEC). Is this true? Why don't they like Mayhem?

Mayhem does well with other promotions, Hes one of the guys that can do really well without the UFC.

I suspect it has something to do with the fact that Mayhem is a goofball.
As a fan, I love that about him.
As an employer, I am not sure I would be comfortable having an employee as outspoken and unpredictable as Mayhem. I'd rather stick with guys who are willing to push the corporate agenda when asked and keep their opinions to themselves. Icons of the sport (Tito, BJ, both Shammys) can get away with being outspoken and unpredictable. Mayhem doesn't have the kind of stroke to be able to pull that off without incurring some consequences.
Regardless, Mayhem seems to be doing pretty well for himself as a ronin, so it doesn't really bother me that he is not in the UFC.

The man is simply too hilarious for Zuffa, they can't handle his riddum like GSP could.

I thought that was so funny. And then you can hear Rogan laughing and being like "look at mayhem behind silva . . . haha"

Pretty much, I'd say that explains why Diaz was dropped and Barnett wasnt resigned much more than any "personal fued".
I can see Mayhem being a big sucess in Japan though, just the kind of goofball they love and tough as nails aswell.

Mayhem has a big enough internet and fanbase to compete in other orgs besides the UFC.
