That's funny, it seems to me that every time somebody has anything remotely negative to say about him that lots of angry BJ fans pop up. Seriously, I think it depends on where you go, and from my opinion BJ is next to Fedor as far as likability goes on Sherdog.

People have some negative opinions of BJ because at times he has not come into a fight in shape. Also, keep in mind that since this is Sherdog, everybody was singing BJ's praises until he resigned with the UFC and became a more popular fighter. The nature of Sherdog is to hate on any fighter who is popular, especially if they are on TUF show. An in shape BJ could mow through the entire LW, and WW divisions.

Most people that hate on Bj are idiots. The only drawback in his game is cardio, untill now that he dropped to 155. I am hoping he will keep up with the stamina workouts so i can see him perform for all 3 rounds.

BJ is one of the most talented fighters in MMA but also the biggest underachiever. This is why he has fans and flamers alike. I personally really like the guy but wish he would just come out and dominate the way we know he is capable of.

I feel you. But i've noticed for every guys who protects him, there are 2 or 3 other guys waiting in the wings to make that guy feel like an idiot.

I was just swarmed by a bunch of BJ fans in the other thread. I swear they defend him religiously like he's some kind of god or something. You can't say ANYTHING remotely negative about him without being chastised on these boards.

"Oh look, a white belt questioning BJ's cardio. Kill him!"

Guess what guys? BJ's an AWESOME fighter, but he has suspect cardio.
