Who would you rather watch Lyoto or Cung Le?
I remember when Cung first decide to do MMA, every said he was gonna lose, etc. Alot of people seemed to hate on him for no apparent reason, but after he beat Frank shamrock it seems alot of the "I hate Cung Le threads" have ended and people are actually respecting him now.
On the other hand now your starting to see alot of "i hate Lyoto, hes boring" threads. I think Lyoto is the far superior fighter than Cung, hes younger and just as good of a striker, yet his ground game is much better. Both fighters are also great wrestlers.
So i ask you mma fans, who would you rather pay your money to watch, Lyoto who has fought better fighters but doesn't finish as much, or Cung who has fought average fighters with a record of 100% KOs.

Don't matter to me, I like them both, but i'd like to see both of them at this point in their career to fight some higher level fighters, especially Cung.

I'd rather watch Cung Le, no doubt.
I'll get flamed by a million people claiming I don't know enough about fighting to appreciate a technically sound fighter, but I still don't like watching Machida fight.
The annoying about Machida is that I know he's capable of being exciting. I've seen every fight in his career, and the first five or so were really exciting. He was aggressive, he was less conservative on the ground, and he threw almost everything with bad intentions. Now he just circles his opponent and jabs every once in a while.

I'm not a big fan of either guy, but I think you could bet on Cung Le having a better fight. Crazy kicks are fun to watch.
Although I consider myself a grappling fan, Machida's moments of applying BJJ were fun to watch. I don't think Cung Le is as skilled.

I enjoy watching them both in different ways. I like Lyoto better. I don't think he's boring personally, but I could see how someone would find him boring.

i can say i think cung le and anderson silva would be an exciting fight. lyoto's a great fighter but i can't exactly say who i think would make for an exciting matchup with him.
