Who is a better striker? Dos Santos Vs Cheick Kongo?

So if these two actually fought, who Would get Knocked out? Cheick Kongo or Dos Santos?? Would this be the first time we see Dos Santos goto the ground in the octagon?? I think Santos would try the stand up with Kongo and if he isn't effect he would take him down and submit him. Thoughts?
