seriously though, people keep talking about how this guy is the one to dethrone penn and gsp based on his match with speer. honestly though, what do you think would happen if you put gsp or penn in a ring with tommy speer?

Tommy Speer is a bum and even in the WEC fight he won he looked like crap.

Johnson does seem to have a full package going for him but until we get to see at least two more fights from him, he shouldn't get so much hype.

And the hype that I'm seeing his people wanting to give him big names to fight already. Giving him a big name is pretty much giving him a shit load of respect. Respect is earned in this sport and does not come from demolishing farm boy.

It never fails..a guy has a good couple of fights and the hype begins..followed by the anti-hype hate...he's looked good in most of the fights I've seen of him...he took the Clementi fight on a couple of weeks notice...let's give the guy a change to develop without too much hype or hate.
