What are you First impressions after the UFC Conf. today?

Mine are these.

1. Demenor of Dana and Lorenzo.

To me they gave the impression of honesty. Could I have misread them, yup, but just saying....first impression of them was honesty from their demenors.

2. Taking all questions til no more were asked.

That gave me the impression of honesty too. People usually who have nothing to hide do what they did.

3. Handed out real documentation of Randy's checks.

Again, to me, that was showing transparancy over and above what they had to do which indicates honesty.

What were your impressions?

Dana has always come across as honest to me. People who hide things don't speak like Dana does. They speak slowly and without much enthuisiasm. Dana is the opposite.

My first impression is that RHK Gonzaga landed on Randy's head did some post-fight damage.

They look like they don't have much to hide and that Randy is wrong in the way he handled this.

"I don't think Fedor is even in the top 5 heavyweights." - Dana White

I don't see this as being honest.

Because Dana has never lied throughout his career, never said anything with 100% assurance that turned out to be completely false afterwards, never flipped his story, never screwed anyone, never got into big problems with fighters over screwy contracts.

Do your parents even let you use a fork with that brain?

It was probably a FEMA-style press conference.

Well only a few months ago he was talking about signing the top HW in the world and the best fighter in MMA.

Hmm, I wonder who he was talking about.

My first impression was that it was probably pointless for them to hold this press conference because people view Lorenzo and Dana as Satan and the anti-Christ, and will never believe a word they say even if they have an overwhelming amount of undeniable evidence.

Edit:

Oh the irony, I mention Satan and the anti-Christ and this just happens to be my 666th post.

Fertitta really seems professional when next to White. Im not even the biggest Fedor fan, but to discredit him like that and hold a grudge it stupid, and shows Dana cares more about the ufc than mma.
