I would maintain my grip on reality and realize this is simply a sport.

Sure they shouldn't be judging MMA, but you need a little perspective if you think that last night was such a tragedy.

Tell them they shouldn't be judging unless they're between the ages of 20-30 with 20/20 vision or better, preferably Navy SEALs.
