What style ages the best?

Out of styles in MMA what style do you think ages the best? For instance wrestling you might lose some strength as you age. Boxing and Muay Thai you might lose some reflexes. BJJ you might lose flexability etc, etc. So my question is which style decreases in affectiveness the lest. Thanks.

What about something like judo? If your bones can hack it at an older age.

This ones easy, striking is the worst because you lose speed more than strength, as long as you do weights and grapple you can keep your core strength right into your fortys.

Wrestling and Submissions age the best without doubt.

Randys wrestling against Van arsdale impressed the shit out of me, that was high level at 42, not many boxers can carry off top level at that age, look at Roy Jones and he's only what 35?
