I don't think it would be shocking at all. Penn has gone 5 rounds twice and no one has come close to finishing him other than the time he had injured his rib.

Everyone is saying Penn must finish Sherk within 3 rounds. This is wrong. If he can finish Sherk in round 3 I assume that means he could win round 3 as well. If he can win round 3 then he is that much more likely to have won rounds 1 and 2. If Penn wins rounds 1, 2 and 3 and Sherk wins rounds 4 and 5. Who wins the decision?
