Fighter_ratings_for_only_UFC_fights...

I've been asked a lot about fighter ratings when only considering UFC fights. In the past I've refrained from posting such results because I know the inaccuracies that come with the much smaller sample size. However, I've recently recalculated things based upon only UFC ppvs, fight nights, and spike shows. This ignores fights from TUF except for those from the finale show on spike.

Here are some of the things I found interesting:

- Where some of the all-time greats ranked compared to many of today's big stars.

- The strength of schedule for various fighters. Many have contended that certain fighters(ex. huerta/bisping) have had their hands held a bit. I found it interesting where their opponents ranked even in a strict UFC sense.

- How things might appear to different "types" of fans. Some people have only ever seen UFC fights. Some people have only watched MMA for a few years. I found it interesting how certain fighters "appear" if you only watch UFC and/or have only started following it recently. For example, some amazing fighters haven't done that well in the UFC (wandy). Additionally, some all-time great UFC fighters haven't done nearly as well recently (tito is a reasonable example).

For those that suffered through this wall of text you can find the results on the test-elo version of the site:

MMA-ELO: Current and All-time MMA Fighter Rankings

As I said these numbers aren't nearly as accurate as those that factor in a broader range of MMA fights (like the main site does), but I have gotten enough requests to where I figured others would be interested in the results as well.
