The only way to watch it live is on HDNet, tonight at 9:30 ET. I'm sure you will read about the announcement here on the forums before Sherdog gets the video up.

Not too much. If any of the rumors turn out to be true then we are in for a big night in July. They better not announce it is going to be anywhere but in Dallas. Ive already been makin plans for that night just in case
