We dont get HDNet here, so i've taken to watching InsideMMA either from here on Sherdog or from the HDNet site. I've been hooked for a few months now and was freaking out the last couple days from not being able to find fridays show...I thought it may have been cancelled. Thank God that wasnt the case lol.

Anyways hope it keeps running for a looong time. Kenny & Bas rock, the show has great guests on, is very well produced, and its the only TV show I ever really look forward to seeing!

No show on July 4th, new episode this week features Joey Villasenor, Wildman Denny, and Roy Nelson.

No flaming, but Bas retired as UFC HW champ on a 22 fight win streak - not many fighters can say that, regardless of whether he hosts the show or not.

Was Rob Schneider on drugs...his eyes looked pretty bloodshot and he stumbled over his words a lot?

Couture wifes face looked much better then I expected after her beating. I was thinking people were just blowing that out of proportion. I mean, she was hurt bad but to use that fight as a reason women shouldnt participate in MMA was just sad.

Also, I may have to revise my opinion that MMA fighters dont take as many blows to the head as boxers.

Good to see everyone was fine with the Rampage\Griffin decision except the one who knew the least.

Good to also see that everyone agrees with Dana on the new weight class rules the Boxers want to stick on MMA.
