Is Wandy the best open weight?

Is Wanderlei the best open weight fighter in the world? Is there anyone else that is not a natural heavyweight that has had the success (or the balls) that Wandy has had?

Who else has fought with no weight classes like him, and who has been as successful. I think it truly takes the heart of a champ to NEVER refuse a fight regardless of weight.
