because if Jackson gets away with it, they would all do it, and then the next season they would do it, etc. If you are the UFC you have to be strict with this shit so it doesn't get out of control.

BTW, it is the same reason Dana didn't let Noah make the phone call, becuase then Dana would have to let them all make a phone call.
