Wanderlei would've been KO'd by that punch any time in his career, IMO

In no point of Wanderlei Silva's MMA career, would I have expected him to take that hook from Rampage and not go completely out. Anybody else agree? I'm sure his chin is a little less god than before, but I really don't think he ever would have taken Cro Cop's high kick very well, a hard punches from Dan, or that devastating hook from Rampage.

Hell, had Rampage connected that cleanly on Chuck at 71, I might've expected to see Chuck be put out completey for the first time.

I completely agree. I think any of the shots that KOed him would have worked in his prime. I feel the same way about Chuck. Did you see how perfectly Rampage and Rashad hit him?

It could be that his reaction time is lower, or his technique is a bit more sloppy so he was able to be hit instead of moving with it better or something, but this isn't a black mark to his chin either way.

Too true man, the amount of torque on that punch was unbeleivable, Mark Hunt would of struggled with that.

I think even if Hendo took that left hook flush, maybe he wouldn't have gotten KO'd, but the right which followed may just have done the trick.

I agree that if he would've got caught by CC, Hendo, or Page earlier in his career, he probably would've gotten KO'd. But I don't think he would've gotten caught by those guys.
