The 3 fight lose rule is a contract with most fighters, its nothing new.

wow I was really surpised to hear that from dana. Wandy's on a loss streak but only 1 fight was actually in the ufc so I wouldn't think another loss would hurt him that bad, considering the views of the casual fans seem to be most important. what a mistake it would be to cut him, i mean they wouldn't even give him a chance at 185?
