UnOfficial UFC Rankings- June 07'

As always, this is about contenders for the title, not overall talent. Before you comment, check the previous rankings for a better understanding of what I am trying to do. With the incredible amount of movement (due to the PRDIE sale and following confusion of who is going to fight for what organization) I will not be ranking PRIDE fighters until they are confirmed to be fighting in the UFC.

Again, I am still looking for someone who can help with WEC, IFL, and EliteXC rankings.

As is my norm, I will be posting my comments (from the last 3 events) either later on today or tomorrow.

Enjoy.....

Your reading comprehension sucks....

If you read the threadstarter's earlier thread he states that:

"With most rankings looking at weight class instead of organization, I figured it would be time to look at something focused just on the UFC. I will try to keep these updated with each UFC event, and we do have a few things to keep in mind when looking at them. Only fights in the UFC are counted, and the person must be active in the UFC since the start of the year. Also, this is not based on talent, but win/loss record and quality of opposition."

Unofficial UFC Rankings

Thus CC isn't ranked #1. Plus he got beat by Gonzaga.

Hey, calm down. I like CC too, i'm just not a Nutthugger like you. I would rank CC higher but the fact that he is 1-1 in the UFC. Plus he lost his last fight in devastating fashion. He may have achieved more in his career than anyone else but has he acheived it in the UFC, I don't think so.

How many championships has he won in MMA? 1 Grand Prix right. Timmy won 2 titles and Randy won 3 (at hw, since that's what the discusion is about). 3>2>1. They may not be better fighters, that's debatable, but they've accomplished more.

Man, that's a a tough pill to swallow reading that Sylvia has accomplished more than CC.

Why is Karo ranked over Diego? Yuo can't get beat by a guy and then get a title shot before him??

Yeah, I'm kind of angry with myself for even bringing it up.

I know the thread starter didn't list Griffin extremely high but the guy under him did. Will people please stop with Forrest. He will never be a champ at 205.

We should wait on the rashad over Tito in the rankings. Karo under Diego. I like your lightweight ranks though. I hope Spencer gets kenFlo or someone like that next.

Really good rankings
