UFC vs Cage Rage's CAGE

I noticed that Cage Rages' cage is a little diff from UFC. Cage Rage uses a nylon mesh kind of lining for the fence instead of a metal one in which i believe will benefit strikers from injuring themselves when swinging. probably explains why there are better strikers in cage rage also. They also have a higher fence unlike the UFC which has a lower bar that i see fighters heads get banged onto. lastly, cage rage's cage has flat pillars instead of round ones like in the UFC which i believe would be more logical.

of course this is my opinion and i bet some of you may like the other style cages instead. i just want to know if anyone else agree that Cage Rage has a better cage?

I prefer the nylon mesh too.....the cage could do with being a little larger it's always looked kinda small to me.

Does cage rage still use the nylon cage? I've been to all cage rage's since 10, and was sure that they had swithced to Steel mesh. And i sit cageside for most events. Need to start paying atenttion.

I'm not honestly sure I've ever seen either one of those things have any impact on any fight ever. Those are interesting differences, but I don't think they actually make any difference.

cage rage has better strikers because they host in europe, america hosts much better wrestlers than strikers and consequently strikers worth a durn if they can't defend a take down never get noticed. in enland and france you can be a badass striker and only need to devote minimal time to takedown defence early in your career as there are just more strikers than wrestlers. my opinion.

i'd like to see a promotion use plexiglass sides. eliminate any grabbing whatsoever. shut some people up.

What an intelligent idea, and while we're at it how about we replace the cage floor with concrete ???
