UFC Sudden Impact

Has anybody actually played the game? I can't find it. I looked at a couple Blockbuster stores...no luck. For those who have played it, how is it?

BAD. Avoid it at all costs. It was sold by one developer to another midway through production, and it plays like it was never finished. I would send you my copy, but I threw it away.

It's OK. Probably the best thing about the game is that it's only $20. Because I don't think it's worth much more than that. The characters are too similar in their style of fighting. It's only fun for like a couple of days but than it gets old real fast.

It's not like the PRIDE game where the characters are more distinct with their signature moves and all. Plus the PRIDE create-a-fighter is really good. Whereas the UFC Sudden Impact's create-a-fighter sucks because you have to do all these annoying time-consuming competitions just to gain a new move. Overall, it's a disappointing game.

Here's hoping that with the UFC getting more mainstream attention that we'll finally and eventually get a decent MMA game.

My suggestion is to go rent it at your local Blockbuster or Video Warehouse. Because unless you're an MMA-holic like me that collects anything that has to do with MMA just because it's MMA, it's really not worth keeping. Simply because you'll probably never play it again after the first few days.

I think its a good game! Some unrealistic shit in there for sure, but it is fun. Its pretty fun to make a guy and take him through Champions Road and then through Legend Mode, but it can get old because once you take a fighter through legend mode you finish the game and its like "ok....now what?". But thats my only complaint. I am sure we'll get a really good game coming out now that MMA is mainstream. I say pick it up, its very cheap and if you are a hardcore MMA fan it will provide some entertainment for awhile.

You could buy it really cheap at like gamestop or eb games get a used copy. Its not a great game and its not a deep game put its the best mma game I played. Its fun to play against your friends the fights end really fast, man i cant wait until they a good mma game to play online so I can beat down every here on sherdog and be the MMA video game champ.

gots 2 b the worst game i ever played. poor graphs, slow, and cumbersome. if you want to buy it, i suggest trying it 1st. you'll be terribly disappointed.

its fun at first but a few days later i got bored with it. all fighters are lefties from what i saw in the few days i played it.
