Sunday morning cover of ESPN.com says...

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that ESPN.com will take advantage of "UFC 71" to officially enter the MMA scene by having the lead story on its homepage be about the results of Saturday night's fights.

If they do, and you had to predict what the title of the front page would be, when you open ESPN.com on Sunday morning, it says...

And if Chuck loses: "Iceman Gets Iced" something stupid like that. You have to think that ESPN will focus on Liddell bec ause the NA crowd knows him better (except for the educated mma fans, which most are not) and they don't know Quinton from a hole in the ground. So it'll be Chuck loses or Chuck wins. No rampage wins. But for the record, it will be:

That makes sense, at the same time, since this would be the first time they lead with the UFC, they would probably not be so specific and try to keep it dramatic.

I'm telling you, now they have the ESPN.com poll and I guarntee the headline on Sunday will be about UFC 71. The question is, what will the headline say?

It won't be the cover story, but it will be in the headlines section and it will read...

"Liddell avenges loss, retains title with KO of Jackson."

Then it will provide a link to the Sherdog.com recap.
