UFC middleweight division - stacked!

The UFC middleweight division has so many possible matchups, its unbelievable. In fact, it might be shaping up to be one of the best weight classes in all of mma...

Franklin
Loiseau
Anderson Silva
Nate Marquardt
Terrell
Sakara dropping down
Lister dropping down
Joe Doerksen (not sure if he is still in the UFC)
Swick
Leben
Riggs
Kendall Grove
Ed Herman
Kalib Starnes (3 new tuf guys, but they got some skills to provide interesting matchups)

You can practically pick any 2 fighters, and it would be an exciting match. Imagine adding the pride 185's to this... ahhh thatd be insane!

Thoughts? I'm sure I'm missing some of the guys...

Is Horn still with the UFC? I read he wasn't going to fight in the UFC anymore.

Yeah, he is gone. Not to mention there is actually 5 TUF guys on that list, not that it matters.
Never the less, the division does look very good now.

I care about Josh Barnett.

Forrest should not have won round one on two score cards.

My thoughts are that those are C or D level fighters and their fights suck(tho herman v. kendall fight was ok,simply becuz they are evenly matched). any pride fighter would smash any of them easily.."In fact, it might be shaping up to be one of the best weight classes in all of mma..." are you fucking stupid?

My thoughts are - you're a noob that doesn't know jack shit about MMA, hates on quality fighters, and should be banned.

I think Anderson Silva will give Franklin a run for his money.

Sakara is dropping down too? I'd think it almost makes more sense to stay at 205, a much more shallow pool (despite his last loss).

You're going to hear a lot of Pride nuthugging on how their list is better, but I think people have to realize that this division was neglected pretty much until the last 18 months. A good 65% of the guys aren't that experienced, but I think most of the guys are young enough that they can improve greatly over the next few years.

One guy to add to the list is Evan Tanner. Also, if he has a good showing on TUF4, I would love to see Patrick Cote back in it.
