Very interesting. But I have a question. How do we know that all this stuff is whats actually in the UFCs contract? So far I'm just seeing some guy who claims to have a law degree from Cornell putting up claims on a website. I don't see any scans of orgininal documents, just claims.
But lets say its all true. Its not that much of a suprise, and its smart from a business perspective for the UFC to try to lock up every advantage they can. Yes, its draconian, if true, and yes it would be nice for fighters to get more out of this money making machine that Dana and the Fertitas have built, but we'll see how much it all stands up in the future.

Depends. For product sold by Zuffa involving the identity of a single fighter, it is 10%. For product sold by Zuffa involving the identity of multiple fighters, the combined revenue is tallied, and 10% of that is split amongst all of the fighters appearing in that product line.

a cutthroat way of explaining it, but yes, you are correct.
its 10% total, split up among all the fighters involved in that product line.

Very fair comment. My name is posted on the blog site, but of course, most of the posters here don't know me from Adam.
