And for a point on the issue, if this is as oppressive as y'all are painting it to be, its good so we can finally get a fighters union, just like all the other major sports.

Managers actually called me to request that write up. They also have called me to ask me to make comments that they are unwilling to make in public.

Basically its saying that Zuffa can do what it wants with merchandising that would traditionally be ways a fighter would make money on his own. No more Tito Ortiz's around selling their likeness or brand. Tito couldn't wear a Team PUnishment shirt to the ring the way that's written. Zuffa makes all the coin over the marketing of the fighter and they get to determine what is paid out!

Can hear their cash register ringing already.

I cant speak for Macedawg, but i dont frequent this site other then for the fight finder (which is really good), and the occasional news clippings. the format is far too busy for my eyes. i dont, however, understand how that is a credible way of determining whether or not something is valid.

read the blog, get a copy of the agreement for yourself, and compare the two. please come back and post your thoughts afterward.
