I just don't get it...

A toy deal will "rock the MMA world?"

A toy deal will change the MMA landscape for the next "5 years?"

This just doesn't make sense!

They bought the UFC for very little & if they sell now, they'll have made an enormously HUGE profit. It completely makes sense for them to sell now. This is arguably the apex of MMA right now.

I don't think Dana will let Vince do anything involved with the UFC other than being an investor if this is true since he is (despite what many sherdoggers believe) an avid fan of the sport and would never want its credibility jeporadized


Edit: Oh its a toy deal. Why is that a major announcement?

agreed.. but exageration isn't exactly foriegn to hyping and buzz-generation... lest we forget Mir vs Nog on the ultimate fighter.

maybe there is more to it but i'm inclined to think that there is not.

I don't think it's a toy deal. They've got that deal, but why would they make this fuss over some action figures? It's definitely something else.
