Of the list there I'd think the most likely are:
-Reformatting the WEC, merging higher weight divisions into UFC, adding a 125lbs. class.
-new sponsors/investors involved
-couple new fighter signings
The most unlikely:
-restarting Pride
-copromoting with Affliction

the setanta sports quote i hadnt seen or heard of other than here so im thinking it could be a false report.
Im wondering if the UFC are going to change from a cage to a Ring.
Think about it, the Cage has long been a symbolism of "brutality" and violence and doesnt give MMA a good rep in general. By changing to a ring it makes CBS and Elite XC as the brutal "cockfighting" promotion and the UFC as legit.
the move could of been spurred on by Afflictions use of a ring and the amazing talent roster they have built up and seemingly the most "legit" looking MMA promotion in North America, so the UFC decide to make the change which would give them great Publicity and change the face of mma.

I think FOX won the ratings wars last year. American Idol is a beast all it's own. I'm pretty sure CBS, FOX, and NBC are the big three. I don't know why anyone would even watch ABC outside of football season.

if he is gathering all the employees it means it has to do with the structure and assets of the ufc.
i think he either sold ufc or will partner with someone for the long run.

ABC, CBS, and NBC are the big three and fox is fourth in terms of size. fox gets the younger demo that ufc targets.
