you can add that we know it's not the floyd mayweather rumor. Someone on here posted a text message from Dana White where he basically laughed at the idea they'd pay Floyd 200M to fight in the ufc.
I still think it's the tv deal with either FOX or HBO (despite what Dana said...he's been known to lie before). Sounds most in tune with a deal "changing mma in the next 5 years" and "being already signed". For a deal to be signed, it requires some kind of partner, and for it to change MMA for a period of time, it means it's some kind of contract requiring re-newel. This fits a tv contract. It doesn't fit a pride organization, rule change, weight class, etc.
Also, it could be that be that zuffa went public to fund international expansion or that they sold the company to FOX or Vince McMahon. Either of those options could potentially change mma over the next 5 years and would require a contract to be signed. I guess time will tell, but it's puzzling to say the least.
