I imagine they got to know Lesnar a little bit when he worked for them. Maybe he invited them. I wouldn't read too much into that.
If the rumor is true, McMahon is not going to fix MMA fights in America. All you people that talk about fixed fights, do you know how long you go to prison for fixing a sporting event that is being wagered on? Vince doesn't want to spend the rest of his days behind bars anymore than the rest of us do. The thing that might get stupid is if they do any UFC-WWE cross promotions.
McMahon did start the XFL. He has tried to cross over to legitimate sporting events in the past. The XFL was not the best product, but I don't remember anyone thinking it was fixed.
