i doubt it. with dream off and running there would be too much competition and they have no japanese stars under contract. it would also take away a lot of the depth they have worked so hard to build up. it would water down each org instead of having 1 huge org. i know the pride guys love to dream but its dead and buried.
as for ts, if they wanted any fighters from the wec they can just take them cuz they own it. all that would do is clog up the roster which sounds pointless considering they just cut a lot of the fringe fighters on their roster.
so i think its safe to say the announcement has nothing to do with wec or pride. u never know but i highly doubt it

How funny would it be if he gathered all his employees in a room and Trump comes out and says "ya fired!!". Unless you don't fine mass layoffs funny that is.

Most likely scenario I see happening is a TV deal but he said that won't happen so I'd guess a WEC UFC merger and UFC adding new weight classes such as 145 pounds.

This is what I say:

UFC and WEC are restructured. The UFC will only hold Welterweight, Middleweight, Light Heavyweight, and Heavyweight fights. The WEC will do Lightweight, Featherweight, and Bantamweight fights.

Oh yah, and Dana finally comes out of the closet!!!!! You can do it Dana, I believe!!!!!!!!!
