I hope it is a TV deal but I have gotten over-excited for Dana's "huge" announcements too many times so I wouldn't be too surprised if it was something relatively minor.

I GOT IT! Dana's going to announce that Zuffa has bought out Affliction Banned. Fedor vs. TIMEH will be in the Octagon. Then Randy VS. Fedor. Hell's yeah.

IMO if it's something big then it has to be the purchase of another org (TKO) or the expansion of the ufc to europe has allowed them to open a sister company over there..

Allowing the ufc to have 2 champs in each weight class, giving the fans champion vs champion fights.

Either way when the fuck are you going to start seeing solid fight cards and solid match-ups??
I want too see seasoned fighters not guys that are 3-0 against 19yr olds.

Do you have a link where Dana says it's not a TV deal?

In an audio interview the interviewer asks him if it's a TV deal and Dana says "no". He also says it's so out of left field. Just trust me on this one.

The only options I see is a new sponsor, maybe a new show for Spike, or a new state getting a UFC event.

I'd love it if the WEC had its 155,170,185,205 divisions merged into the UFC's and the WEC would then have 125,135,145.

STOP all the speculations. A trusted source from the legal department leaked out information about some kind of purchasing deal between the UFC and the WWE. Don't have the details but best guess is WWE bought the UFC.
