Only guy that ever really beat him was a heavyweight? even without the "controversial" loss to GSP, he got totally raped by Hughes in that rematch.

he got hurt in the 2nd round u can see the muscle slide off of his rib the xrays have come out. he was dominating the fight for 2 rounds then came out in the 3rd totally defeated with his hands down. come on... dude you can say he gassed but if u dont think he beats hughes 9-10 times u did watch either fight.

I didn't see the first fight, but I watched the second fight live, and yeah he won the first round...

but you can't say that matt hughes didn't beat him. props to bj for not quitting, but hughes beat him.

now, i would NOT say coleman beat shogun, if bj-hughes were that scenario, i'd be saying something different.

i could see BJ beat but not KOed i dunno he fought a dude thats about 50lbs heavier than him and wasn't even hurt. the dude has that wild polynesian skull, its unflappable. cannot be flapped
