I dont see why pride nuthuggers worry so much about how much ufc fighters make.
I mean to pride fanboys the ufc is a KOTC level company, they only get 16,000 people at fights compared to prides 50,000. They dont have the best fighters so why pay them pride level money if they are cans?

"interesting...before the event everyone bitches that some fighters don't belong...THEN...after the event bitch that the no-names didn't get paid enough.

Has noone EVER heard of working your way to the top?"

21,000 for babula who won 10 straight and is fighting in a fight for the belt?

I just watched The best Damn sports show period, some guy got 20,000 for hitting a wiffle ball with a bat.

Babula gets 21000 for being in the main event of a PPV that generated 26 million.???

yeah.... I've heard of the top, and Dana and the fertitta's are the ones looking down below.

But the problem is that this exposes the weak UFC salaries, huh? Kinda hard to be proud of making $2,000 or $5,000 a fight, though. That is Dana's fault, not the fighter's fault. The fighter's deserve more money, and that is a FACT.
If all your friends go jump off a bridge are you going to as well? You did not even answer my question. Tyson probably cares about all the people that were his friends mooching money and new cars off of him when he was making big. In case you did not notice, none of them are around now.

I think it is just ridiculous to pay a guy like Babalu, a carreer high quality MMA fighter that little... he should jump to WFA and fight Rampage or something.

Why don't we abolish minimum wage and unions, if workers get stiffed, we'll just say

And thats not even his take home, he has to give away 30% for taxes.

How much do you think training, food and all that costs also... with that level of pay I definitely think you're hurting the fighters potential what with the training and stuff they can afford. Babalu can't be making a profit of over 3-5k after subtracting training and dieting costs.

Yushin Okami and Cheik Kongo both got paid pretty well. I'm surprised Gouveia is still making 2,000/2,000 even though it was his second match.
