Tuf is getting stale and played out
Im not looking forward to tuf 9 at all. I think a new format could be Brazil vs America, Japan vs America, etc etc... and take up and coming fighters from both countries and let them fight not only for a contract, but for national pride as well. This way even if the guys lose a fight they are still into the outcome and not trying to sabotage others with immature pranks and trading training secrets.

Why? Are we at war with any of those countries? No...... So why start a rivalry for no reason?

TUF isn't so much played out as having become a freakshow like every other reality show instead of an interesting introductions to the sport of MMA.
It's house drama with a few fights mixed in.

I would like to see a season of TUF have a real international flare. Maybe not USA vs Whomever, but have fighters from various countries in there. Of course the fighters would need to have at the least a minimal grasp of the english language.
It would still satisfy the crash TV elements of prior seasons as the language barrier could create some compelling television while in the house. The competition might not be any better than previous seasons, but there will a perception that it is due to the international feel.

If they would just focus on the training instead of people eating piss and shit, it would be the greatest show ever.

I'm pretty tired of it, but inevitably I'll watch it. I think it got old at least 3 seasons ago. Plus, they're already saturated with TUF'ers, IMO. How many winners of the show have we not seen fight at all and they're bringing in more?
Plus there are enough Elite UFC guys out there now to fill up a main card, I don't want to see some ex-TUFer on a main card of a PPV. Leave those guys to the fight nights....
