Chuck gassed when he fought Randy the first time, probably when he fought Rampage too. He's learned his leasson since then and we see how dominant he's been

That's a terrible arguement as to why he WILL. That's why he could, because he can. Not why he will. He will because Tito's chin isn't great, Tito will have trouble taking Chuck down, Tito's standup isn't very good, and Chuck punches very hard.

just a side note chuck hasnt gassed since randy and rampage because no-one he has fought since has pushed the fight as much as the 2 of them did. it'd be interesting to see how good chucks cardio really is if hes pushed hard for 3-4 rounds.
