TOP Ten Fighters of 2007

i was just looking on the UFC website and read their article of a similar name. they have listed 10 outstanding fighters, no doubt. but i was curious about one thing...
in another article on the Top Ten Fights of 2007, they have Tyson Griffin listed in 3 out of 10 fights on the list!! Griffin/Guida, Griffin/Tavares, and Griffin/Edgar. They also have Clay Guida listed in 2 out of the top ten fights: Guida/Griffin and Guida/Huerta. But neither of these two studs are listed as top ten fighters of the year. WTF?
Frank Edgar is listed on there, and only one of his fights made the top ten list. (i agree that he deserves a place on the list though)
i feel bad for Griffin, what more does he have to do to be honored on the fighter of the year list?
what do you guys think about it?

Obviously the UFC is only gonna push their own fighters, but a lot of guys had a great year....

JZ
Urijah
Rothwell
Matyushenko
Robbie Lawler

are a few that come to mind and Sakuraba has actually had his best year in awhile...

griffin arguably could have lost all three...because he is in good competetive fights doesn't mean he is a top ten fighter and guida lost 2 fights...come on

I'm a huge GSP nuthugger, seriously, I can't get his scrotum out of my mouth. That being said, he shouldn't be in the top 10 for fighters of the year when he got TKO'd by Matt Fucking Serra.
