He's about right.

It's eitheir hockey or rugby.

Why no football? Spot a random player in football and analyze what he does the whole game. Do the same thing with a hocker player and you will realize hockey is way more rough.

Hockey? Moreso than boxing and kickboxing?

Wow sherdog is full of TOOL BAGS, as stated prior Steve BOsse was a minor league hockey goon/ enforcer. He's actually done fairly well in MMA with only 1 or 2 loses me thinks. Some hockey players have HEAVY hands, that can make you a large factor in MMA. Also hockey is a sport of balance, MANY minor league and NHL players train MMA. Consider yourself educated.

Look at life expectancy, arthritis, and memory loss as way to determine how hard a sport is on its alum. Boxing and football will prove to be tougher than hockey. Football players and boxers engage in way more contact than hockey players. How many checks in a hockey game? How many tackles in a football game? How many punches thrown in a hockey game? How many punches thrown in boxing match, and the punches are thrown by someone who knows how to throw a punch.

yep, hockey is a terrible sport to play for cardio with the constant strain on the heart. that is why a lot of older men get heart attacks while playing and why there are defibrillators at every rink now (in ontario at least)

Idiotic question, this is the kind of question you ask your buddies when you're sitting around drinking and have nothing better to talk about, you don't ask dumbass questions like this in actual interviews
