Instead of forcing Time Warner to accept BOTH your channels in a package and forcing them to carry HDMovies on their pay tier, why don't you offer them HDNET by itself and negotiate a fair price?

Honestly HDmovies is a useless channel and not worth it for them to pay a premium price for and they have a limited amount of "pay tier" hd channels so its pointless.

If you truly want your channel to be viewed by Time Warner Customers I am sure you could unpackage your channels and negotiate individual rates.

Time Warner is not going to pay a higher rate to have hdnet on their free hd channel line up and your hdmovies on the HD tier. Not worth it.

Fuck I didn't even realize it was gone. HDNET was the only reason I bought the HD package. The pieces of shit that run Time Warner along with their families must die.

If you didn't realize Most of the channels offered in that "Pay HD Tier" were slowly given to all for free. Most of the companies ditched the higher price and negotiated a reasonable rate and now Time Warner Carries them on their free hd tier.

Time Warner has been trying to get more and more free hd programing to compete with Dish's broadcasting. So for them to turn down a channel they previously had the price must of been not worth it for them.
