Yeah I too hate Time Warner, they tried to rip me off one time. It was Pride 33 the Second Coming, so I orderd the PPV off the remote just like i always do and it never started to play, but icon shows that I have purchased it. I then call them and was put on hold for about two hour before anyone helps me and finally they put it on and there is like two or three matches left and I told him to that I wasn't paying for this crap I want all the fights or at least a free replay, and the customer service rep said that he would clear it from my account since there was no replays showing after. Later that month I receive the bill and was shocked to see a $40 dollar charge, I then had to call them back, be put on hold for about 45 min, and argue my case all over again before getting the charge reversed. To make a long story short Time Warner Cable sucks at customer service, this was the only time this happend out of all the other fights I've orderd and I have yet to order another PPV fearing that the same shit will happen again. I'm pretty sure they fixed the problem by now, but going though all of this just wasted my time and pissed me off, but I still got to see GOMI vs. DIAZ.
