For those who are anti-Shamrock, will your thoughts change after he retires?

When Shamrock is done, and once the millions of "it's about time, glad you're gone" threads are finished... at the end of the day, what will your thoughts be about him once he's retired and no longer fighting past his prime, etc. Do people genuinely dislike this mma fighter, or is it just that he's worn out his welcome, and once he's retired, people can ease up on the hate?

I like the guy, i've nothing against him at all. I think people just dislike the fact that he continues to fight on, and still thinks he's the best in the game even though he never truely evolved into a complete fighter.

You can't stop the haters though. I've a feeling they'll be on sherdog long after he retires.

i like shamrock....both for being a good fighter back in the day and for supplying us with ample comedic lines such as "i'm gonna beat you into the living death," "i'm gonna punch your hair black," and "you know what the real me can do."

I dont like him know. But when he retires, he definetly should be looked at as a pioneer. He almost MOUNTED Royce Gracie at UFC 1!

No I won't. Sham was good in his day but he refuses to add things like BJJ to his game. Why be so ignorant when it is perfectly clear you need to be versed in everything. That is why I hate Shamrock, he is so ignorant and thinks his shit doesn't stink.

I like Shamrock, but why does he want to keep getting embarrassed by Tito?
