Stop the the insane nuthugging
People really need to stop this shit. Hugging on one org to the dying end is no way to be an MMA fan. For the love of God just love the sport, and stop the blatant nuthugging. If you do not know what a nutthugger is let me explain:
UFC Nuthugger: Typically doesnt even know Pride exists or has only seen one or 2 fights. Doesnt know who Fedor is or just found out from a youtube clip and decided he doesnt look tough enough to beat Tim Sylvia. Thinks Matt Hughes is indestructable. Boo's when they hit the ground. Knows every TUF fighter but never rents PPV's. Comes on Sherdog and rants nonsense. Doesnt read even half the thread, but still posts some idiotic nonsense replys, or one word replies to get that post count up.
Pride Nuthugger: Generally very educated on the sport. But completely underestimates the UFC and all its fighters. Forgets that the UFC is growing a mile a minute while Pride is losing fighters their venture in the US has been anything but a success to this point. The UFC has generated so much cash in the last year that they can essentially (if they wanted to) bring over all the fighters in Pride they want. But Pride nuthuggers cannot understand this. They told everyone to go to hell when CC was rumored to come to the UFC. They screamed BAN everytime someone brought it up. They even took shots at Sherdog for posting the story before it was official. Pride huggers will tell you that they decided not to resign Heath and Page. But forget to mention that it was because they couldnt compete with the $$$ coming from the WFA.
My point is this, I love many things about both orgs, and I love MMA. When some of you people nuthug so dam blindly to one org you look like such a jackass. And then when something happens like CC actually does come to the UFC, you look like a dick after just telling everyone on Sherdog to F OFF. And when Anderson Silva makes Rich Franklin look like a 3rd grader getting his ass whopped by a grown man, you look stupid for talking all that shit about how Rich is indestructable.
Yes Pride has better rules. Yes they even have really incredible fighters. Yes the US fans are freaking retarded. But the UFC is taking this sport mainstream and have a chance at buying or at least uniting the 2 orgs so we can see all the best in the world fight each other. UFC is making mega bucks and can afford to do this, pride cannot.
Moral of the story, please stop the nuthugging. It ruins this forum. And if you are a postwhore with some stupid one word response, dont bother. You 8th graders ruin sherdog worse than anyone else. But whats going to be more pathetic than anything is watching all the nuthuggers actually have the nerve to sit here and defend their nuthuggery as if its something to be proud of. Nobodys going to respect that. Flame away nuthugging homos.
