We had to be up early for some stuff for the new UFC video game and then we went training. After training we went to the weigh-ins and then hit up the Hard Rock and did a little gambling and walking around."

"I had only been in the country for an hour and the creators of the UFC game THQ, wanted me to go to there studio type thing to get straight to work. This I suppose was good as it gets it out the way, but I was knackered so I may have red eyes on the game. I had to do a full body scan for my image likeness, and then a facial scan, obviously for my facial likeness. In the face scan I had to hold several different emotions for about 30 seconds so they have different facial expressions. This sounds easy, but when you have to hold a huge smile for that long it starts to look very fake. When I looked at the results after I looked like some kind of freak but they assured me that it will look fine on the game (yeah right). Along with a happy expression I had to do confused, angry, sad, bored and surprised. Next it was to a photo shoot for the typical shots but then they wanted to shoot everything to the inside of my legs to my feet and my ass. The attention to detail on the fighter images is going to be amazing and the game is gonna look great. As long as they don’t use my freaky look from the facial scan."

dude I was just thinking about this the other day.. sweet thanks for the info!!!!!!

I rather don't care which fighters are in... but more how the game will play.... I mean the game could have a ll the fighters, look great, but it won't be awesome.. unless the controls give a solid impression of fighting and the fast fluid movement, yet keeping the intricacies and depth of learning bjj, wrestling, mt and the mix.

I'm really hoping this isn't going to be a butting smasher.. which i think it will. I've got some great ideas of a button layout that would keep the game "realistic feeling".

I'm just too worried there's gonna be no bjj to learn..

I think the ground game could have a great controller config.. needs to be simple.. yet still allowing the ability to control hips, feet, and over and underhooks with independant arms.

I pray they don't leave out this important stuff.. .. I just got to imagine they'll be smart enough to have tri setups , guillotine timing, and head and arm chokes.. please please.. THQ don't F this UP !!!

Awesome news that Lauzon and Bisping are going to be in the game, they are two of my favorite fighters. Can't wait until the game is released.

In fact I'll say it now.. does anyone have experience with a game company?? I've got some great ideas and will pretty much give them away.. as long as we get something... maybe a IFL game?? even if it doesn't have BJ as long as the game isn't like WWE games

supposedly thq has a crew of game engineers that "really get" mma...im not getting my hopes up though
