I know he physically can, he may be a lighter heavyweight but he's definitely not a weak heavyweight. All his losses have been down to something other than him getting overpowered. Anyway, if he had the bodyfat percentage of Fedor, he'd weigh just as much. Hr'd bery strong for his weight....its not like guys toss him around, in fact he's stronger than almost all the competiton he foought. He just hurled Alexs to the ground...
