A.Silva vs Lutter

The fight starts standing obviously and thats A. SIlva's world. I bet all A SIlva is practising is takedown defense, over and over and over again. If Silva does get taken down, then this fight changes dramatically. I dont think anyone knows how A.Silva's guard is at this current time. He does have incredible flexiblity as seen from his illegal kick KO from his GUARD against okami 1 year ago. I dont know what Anderson's Chin is like although he has never been knocked out. I think Lutter is one of the most boring fighters around, not because of his submission style because i think submissions are just as LEgit a win as a Ko if not more because evreyone can get lucky with one punch. I wonder if Lutter think he can handle Silva's muay thai and incredible footwork and striking with his reach...he will STUN Lutter with some punches, then stalk and pounce like the FINISHER he is!!!!!!

I must say Lutter's style is the Worst possible type for A. SIlva. I think if Silva practises and studies LIddel and BJ Penn's TAkedown defense it should aid to help A. SIlva. IF he develops Chucks and BJ 's takedown defense he may become UNSTOPPABLE at many different weight classes. Dude is a Pure ninja. Anderson is athletic enough to avoid being taken down as he does have incredible foot speed and agility. I personally see A silva showing his Sprawl technique and making Lutter stand with him. A silva within 2 mintues. I honestly think A SIlva is going to show us something special again. I think UFC may find it difficult to find an opponent worthy of cahllenging A.SIlva's at 185. He is HUGE for 185 with HW KO power it seems. FRAnklin is a BIG @ 185 and look what happened. I bet A silva walks around at 195 to 200. i would love to see A silva face Chuck Liddell, 2 awesome strikers going at it, i honestly think A silva has a VERY Legit chance to beat the ICEMAN. I think after this fight A silva will consider moving up in WEIGHT its a REAL possiblity.

With no disrespect to Lutter...if he was as good as people think he is... he would currently be IN the UFC fighting, not getting a shot at a title by competing on a gimmick reality show.

I will watch to see Lutter put in his place. He is over-rated and doesnt deserve a title shot. THe concept for the show "THE comeback" was good. But serra and Lutter are not worthy contenders and should have to WORK their way up facing other top contenders not the Tuffers. Lutter is a B class fighter..if im not mistaken he struggled in the semi's on the TUF 3 show. A silva will steam roll him. A SIlva i think will move up in weight to face chuck LIDDELL..that would be phenomal.
