Who knows the Shootboxing rules normally used in Japan?

Do you see a Shootboxing Forum???? Do you know that some Shootboxing events are held by the same Promoters of Pride?

You should go to the k-1 kickboxing forum for that question.but the rules are mostly stand up striking with takedowns and standing submission hold. If its taken to the the ground it will be stood up again to strike again in stand up striking form
