have you lived in the same world we live in for long, pretty much anytime you hire a lawyer to do any work for you and it involves anytype of hearing the first thing the lawyer does is file an extension.

I never said he was guilty. I simply said that it seemed suspicious. He claimed he knew what went into his body, so 10 days should have been enough time to prove that. If he was so positive he was clean he wouldnt have needed to run to the best steroid lawyer he could find. Suspicious, that's all.

it doesn't matter, he was going to lose to BJ anyway. Now when BJ beats Joe Daddy for the LW title, Sherk can get a shot and lose just like he was going to anyway.

The article mentions it, but it was probably referring to what Garcia said, as there was no quote from Sherk.
I'm not saying it couldn't be true, but I have never seen a direct quote from Sherk stating he has never heard of Nandro.

That is some of the worst logic I have ever seen. So if you were accused of murder (and you were innocent), you would not want the best lawyer possible because it might look suspicious?

You try too hard to defend Sean Sherk. An executive director of an athletic commission wouldn't claim that he claims other guy said something if it didn't happen. Gimme a break.

So, if your accused of something you didn't do, you'll go out and find the worst lawyer you can? Or better yet represent yourself?
Riiiggghhhhttttt!
No offense man but you have to remember this is his life. This is how these people pay for things. In my eyes him fighting it so much makes him look more innocent than anything. Put yourself in his shoes. Say you didn't take them, then tell me if 10 days would be enough time to get proof you didn't.
