Not than GSP. No one has.
And I don't put GSP at number 1 but lets keep it real here.

P4P is all about your personal view on what a P4P ranking should be based on, throw in a healthy dose of bias and you get what you get. Me personally, I would have:
1 Fedor
2 A Silva
3 GSP
4 Penn
This is of course with a slight pinch of bias, because NO ONE can truly come up with sound reasoning for the ranking's to be based one way or another when you cross fighters who are the king pins of different weight classes.
I have Fedor as number 1 because there isn't a heavy weight or a light heavy weight who I would bet money on beating him. He's also never had a shitty night inwhich he got beat by a guy who he should of breezed through (GSP/Serra and A Silva/Chonan). The guy has always proved his dominance in the ring to the extent that there isn't a single nuthugger out there who can honestly say that their favorite fighter should be ranked above him in the heavy weight division. I digress, this isn't about the heavy weights.
GSP, Penn, A Silva, and Fedor will always be a coin toss for top P4P, it just depends on who you ask.

Good post.
I disagree with your list, but your post was good.

ahhhh sorry my mind certainly does wander... I think his claim to p4p glory has been essentially answered and if he looses to GSP again its the nail in the coffin, and hopefully he actually defends the LW title...

You're not making any sense: Silva was a Pride fighter who destroyed the UFC 185 division.

Sherdog is just making another sad attempt to suck on the UFC's balls after the bad blood with them and Dana. No way in hell do they pick Silva over Fedor. I've listened to every dam after the bell and round table show and I always heard Fedor was the p4p #1 according to them.
I don't care much for the list but after Sivlas questionable preformance against Cote and just the fact that Fedor is a way smaller guy for his divission plus the biggest fact of them all that silva has losses on his record is more than enough.
Fedor never had a mediocre preformance. he never even lost a round. If you're gonna argue against me about his so called loss go watch that fight, see how BS that was for yourself.

Sherdog is fucking ass backwards.
I agree with Silva being first. Fedor should be second but GSP is ok with me. I like BJ at fourth. But how is Torres ranked above Forrest. Who has the guy faced that is good. I can't see how Rampage, Alves, and Alvarez made it on the list.
They fucking can't think of other that is better. Maybe Rashad Evans, Lyoto Machida, KenFlo, or Mike Thomas Brown.
